Sustainable Fundraising for the Arts: Telling Your Story

Registration is closed for this event

Presented by CultureSource and Aly Sterling Philanthropy

A case for support is more than a document. It is an organization’s rationale for existing and asking for financial investment. This session will focus on helping participants create and/or refine their case by walking through what it is, how it’s used and the key components of every compelling case. They will also receive examples and worksheets and have time to engage in group discussion.

To ensure you receive the full benefit from this activity, attendees are encouraged to either bring copies of the organization’s current case for support or have the following information available: current mission/vision; general funding breakdown; # of people served (or be able to speak to pieces of this information). Keep in mind, you may not have these items articulated yet—that’s perfectly fine! The professionals from Aly Sterling Philanthropy will be talking through steps to take to identify this information at the workshop.

Aly Sterling Philanthropy is a partnership-driven consulting firm powering fundraising, strategic planning and board leadership solutions for the well-positioned nonprofit.
