  • Are located in one of the seven counties we serve:  Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw, Livingston, Monroe or St. Clair
  • Represent the arts and culture community through any of the following: Visual, Performing, Creative or Literary Arts; Museum; Theater; Nature, Science or Preservation Center; Historic Site; Arts Education; Advocacy Group
