Position Summary

As a member of the Advancement Team, the Fulfillment Coordinator builds relationships through moves management by stewarding key prospects and patrons. In collaboration with the Major Gift Officer, the Coordinator is responsible for the growth and health of the Governing Member program.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute lapsed donor reports on a monthly basis
  • Lead the quarterly GM renewal process including letter and donor list approval, monitoring appeal metrics and coordinating follow up strategies
  • Manage Governing Member pre & post event logistics, guest list and RSVPs
  • Leads special project as identified by Advancement management
  • Support Major Gift Officers through premium benefit tracking, formatting engagement proposals, presentations, correspondence or face-to-face meetings
  • Lead the Governing Member new season ticketing & benefit distribution and ensure new members receive accurate and timely benefit materials
  • rovide internal fulfillment support to Musical Feast fundraising events
  • Consistently and appropriately record all donor steps, activities and customer service issues in Tessitura
  • Regularly attend DSO concerts and events, including the Donor Lounge as part of the overall cultivation strategy
  • Provide support for signature events as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Preferred Skills:

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Prefer 1-2 years of donor management or project/event planning in a non-profit environment
  • Demonstrated ability to provide donors, volunteers and community partners with exceptional customer service and first-class experiences
  • Project management skills with a track record of exceeding expectations while delivering on-time and on-budget results in a complex, fast paced environment
  • Familiarity with Tessitura or Raiser's Edge platforms, a plus
